Even with the best of wedding planners, organizing a destination wedding is very time consuming for the couple and their close family. A lot of preparations depend on the number of guests attending, and this has to be managed, from invitations to confirmations, to helping with flight and accommodation, to handling individual requests and needs.

As we want you, the bride and groom, to be completely free of distractions, we offer you a special service using a wedding website, which is designed to answer the questions your guests might have, give them complementary information, and most importantly manage the attendance, reservations and bookings for the whole group.

It will also take care of all the important details and individual requests such as for example a guest who needs a vegetarian meal, or a glatt kosher meal, or if baby chairs are needed, and so on. These are all small things that can, if not attended to, create upsets and distractions on the day of the wedding.
